Gay Nineties

Hints of both 60s psych-rock and 70s Elvis Costello style songwriting shine through in abundance, but as an band, The Gay Nineties evokes visions of Franz Ferdinand or Hot Hot Heat dance rock since Parker Bossley, the front-man was once bassist for the latter. After four years of touring internationally as members of Hot Hot Heat and Fake Shark Real Zombie, the Gay Nineties formed in East Vancouver and quickly emerged as a highly entertaining and unique young group.
